Brewer’s Table is located on the second floor of Surly Brewing Company’s Minneapolis brewery and offers a chef-driven experience that aims to build on the movement of bringing the pint to the plate and pairing exceptional food with exemplary beer.
The name of the restaurant emphasizes our vision — where beer harmonizes with food to empower trailblazing pairings that showcase an extensive representation of flavor profiles, of both food and beer.
Executive Chef Jorge Guzman and his chef de cuisine, Dustin Thompson, developed an ambitious dining menu that will change frequently and challenge diners’ tastes. The emphasis on quality and creativity in crafting our food reflects the same passion we put into our beer. All menu ingredients are from local, well-sourced farms and the most conscientious vendors.
The restaurant seats 85 diners inside and an additional 28 on its outdoor deck — which offers views of the Beer Garden and the Witch’s Hat tower. The restaurant’s minimalistic aesthetic features cedar wood accents on the walls with black walnut tables to create a graceful, yet casual space with a non-pretentious atmosphere. We’re taking beer and food to the next level but there’s no need for suits and ties, folks.
